Compensation Committee
The Board of Directors establishes the Compensation Committee with respect to the “Articles of Organization of the Compensation Committee”. With respect to the “Articles of Organization of the Compensation Committee”, the Compensation Committee shall exercise the due care of kind administrators to perform the follow duties, answer to the Board of Directors, and make recommendations for board discussion.
- Assess the performance of directors, supervisors, and managers periodically and establish and implement the policy, system, standard, and structure of compensation for such roles.
